Telephone Calls, Fax and Email

Please feel free to call our office if you have questions about your condition, medication or care. Simple questions may be answered by phone by our medical assistants. They will treat your call confidentially, so please tell them the same thing you would tell the provider. If they cannot answer your questions, they will take a message and talk to the provider, then return your call as soon as possible. Most return calls are made at the end of the morning or the end of the day.

You are welcome to fax your request for appointments, or questions for the providers, to our office at 650-994-2716.

Sometimes the best care requires an appointment with the doctor, rather than a quickie answer by phone, no matter how simple the problem might appear.
